Power Plant

Challenge:

The challenge in this project was to assess a large operational cement plant located in north India. The plant, primarily designed for clinker processing, featured numerous structures such as silos, conveyor belts, and crushing mills. The audit needed to cover most of these structures, making it a comprehensive undertaking.

Solution:

To address this challenge, the team exercised proper judgment when distributing test points. They engaged in discussions with both consultants and clients to ensure that the assessment covered the necessary areas effectively. Despite the scope of the assignment, the Aaryan team managed to complete the assessment in less than a month.
